The home inspection is a visible inspection from top to bottom that will evaluate the major systems and components of the home including buy not limited to:

Structure and Foundation
Roofing
Exterior Surfaces
Insulation & Ventilation
Electrical
Plumbing
Heating & Cooling

We welcome you to walk through the house during the inspection with our knowledgeable and informative inspectors. During the inspection we will point out deficiencies and safety items. Please feel free to take notes during the inspection, but please hold your questions until the inspection is completed, this will allow us to give the house our full attention. 

We do not put time limits on our inspections.  We spend as much time as needed to give you the quality, accurate inspection you deserve. 

Upon completion of the inspection you will receive a preventative home maintenance reference book. In this book you will find tips on what to check for in your new home. This will give you advice and suggestions to help you keep your home looking and operating like the day you purchased it. Then, within 48 hours you will receive a written narrative report of any deficiencies that were observed during the inspection.  Our reports are for your house. We do not believe in preloaded reports with a lot of fluff that doesn't relate to your home. We keep our reports easy to read and easy to understand so there are no surprises later. Also, you won't find pictures in our reports. If we are taking pictures, we are not giving you and your home our full, undivided attention.
