Meet the Inspector

As an inspector I have performed structural, mechanical, and electrical inspections for over 20 years and have performed over 10,000 state inspections. During the past 20 years I have been recognized by the state and have been honored to receive many accolades for my outstanding work from the State of New Jersey.

I hold a New Jersey Home Inspector License that was issued by the State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, Home inspection Advisory Committee.  I am also a proud member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

When given the opportunity to inspect one of the biggest investments of your life, I can assure you that it will be inspected like it is my own.  You will read some inspection web sites that say it takes 2-3 hours to inspect a house; you will not read or hear that from us.  We are there until you are fully satisfied, and as long as you own the house we will be glad to take your calls and answer your questions.
